Karipap pusing.. anyone??

Hye, 

Smlm bosan2, aku buat karipap pusing. dah lame gak tak buat karipap pusing ni coz it takes time and kne tgu vitamin R tinggi dlm badan baru boleh buat.hehehe
Disbb kan dh lama x mengelim karipap, so kurang kemas sikit la ms nk klim tu. huahua
Btw, lets pictures do the talking.


 
Maybe ade yg nk tau resepi untuk karipap pusing ni. So kat sini aku bagi resepi ng cara2 nak buat skali. Harap dpt membantu..hehe
 
Resepi Karipap pusing (kulit)

Bahan-bahan:
   
Doh minyak
150gm tepung gandum
secubit garam
1/8 cawan minyak masak
1/4 cawan air suam
* Campur garam dgn tepung. Then masuk minyak masak n gaul dgn tepung. Pastu masuk air sikit demi sedikit smpai dpt doh yg tak melekat kat tangan.

Doh marjerin
75gm tepung gandum
50gm marjerin...sila tambah sedikit demi sedikit sehingga mendapat doh yg tak melekit di tangan.
* Uli smpai jadi doh yg tak melekat mcm doh minyak tadi.

Inti korg guna kentang ke keledek ke. sardin pn sedap.hehe

Cara2 nak buat:
  1. Bahagikan doh2 tadi jadi 4 bahagian. means akan ada 8 doh (4 doh minyak+4 doh marjerin)
  2. Then leperkan doh minyak, and masukkan doh marjerin (bulat) dalam doh tu) then bulatkan jadi satu doh.
  3. Gelekkan doh 
  4. lepastu gulung (macam swiss roll)
  5. after that, gelek memanjang and gulung lagi skali
  6. Potong gulungan doh td tu dlm 1cm camtu
  7. Again, gelek nipis. 
  8. Masukkan inti 
  9. Boleh kelim ujung karipap tu
  10. Goreng smpai warna keperangan. 
Ok, maybe ade yg still blurr.. aku da snap gak gmbr step by step. tp tak brape lengkap. but hopefully, it'll help. Maybe not much but at least got something rite?
